The Lower Terrace
Tucked behind Veranda’s greenhouse-like main dining room, The Lower Terrace offers a secluded, lively oasis at for guests to enjoy brunch and dinner surrounded by greenery and KAWS’ iconic sculpture, “Good Intentions” during spring, summer and fall. In cooler months, the space is set with cozy, enclosed & heated yurts for a more intimate dining experience.
The Back Bar & Upper Terraces
A few steps up from the Lower Terrace and just beyond the dining room, The Back Bar at Veranda offers lite bites, cocktails and the perfect backdrop for before or after-dinner drinks, post-work get-togethers, or an evening bite. Guests are welcome to explore our verdant Upper Terraces – featuring a greenery-adorned swing, grass, benches and backgammon table – while overlooking the bustling corners of SoHo and TriBeCa. In the cooler seasons, The Back Bar offers a secluded private yurt that seats from 6-8 guests.
The Signature Room
